Makes 1 Quart - Serves 2
2 Beets
2 Grapefruit
2 Oranges OR 4-6 large carrots
1 bunch kale (small) or .5 lb spinach
1 lemon
1" ginger
1 stalk celery OR 1-2 Cucumber
Add 1/2 T Spirulina OR Vitamineral Green for additional protein and value
tip: bend celery around 2-3 leaves balled-up kale for maximum juicing
tip: Alternate low, high settings, fruit/veggies and run juicy produce after leafys for maximum juicing and less clogging
Variations: Try adding dark berries
ORANGE CRUSH (PREVENTS ILLNESS)
Makes 1 Quart - Serves 2
4 Oranges
1-2 lemons
1-2 Grapefruit
4-6 large carrots
1-2 ribs celery
1/2 bunch kale or .25 lb spinach (always find some rich green) 1" ginger
Add 1 T CAMU CAMU for additional Vitamin C and value
