Alicia Keys has teamed up with the Greater Than Organizationto bring awareness to the issue of women and HIV in America.

There are more than 1 million people are living with HIV in America and 1 in 4 are women. Alicia sat down with 5 women that are living with the virus and listens as they shared their stories. Check out the inspiring video above.
