Nas was hospitalized over the weekend after experiencing an onset of vertigo, the motion-based illness with symptoms of dizziness, vomiting and nausea.
Nas was scheduled to make an appearance on Live! With Kelly & Michael Friday, but the hosts said he was forced to cancel the taping after the vertigo symptoms developed following his flight into town.
The rapper resurfaced hours later on Twitter to ease the worry of his fans, tweeting: “Peace y'all. I'm out of the ER & doin alright. I'm on bed rest for a few. Apologies to everyone @ Live w/ Kelly & Michael. I'll make it up.”
Nas recently announced that he is currently working on new music to be released later this year.
