Keri Hilson is preparing for her return to music.
During an interview with Rap-Up TV this week, the “Pretty Girl Rock:” singer gave details on her absence from the music scene and what is to come with her hew album.
“You can expect what you know [me] for,” shared the singer. “‘In a Perfect World’ album meets ‘No Boys Allowed’ album with a little twist. I didn’t want to lose the fans that do love what I have done in the past, but there is growth that has happened, and I have to express it.”
Although she gives a glimpse into the direction of the album, the singer is keeping very mum about the details.
[The album] “has a title—I have not released it yet. I’ve had the title for over a year,” she said. “I haven’t said it yet—it’s not time. No release date, either.”
Keri shares that Timberland is the executive producer as with previous albums, and also hints to a possible collaboration with Kanye West.
