Yahoo made a huge announcement this week at SXSW in Austin, TX, that the company’s throwing their hat into the music business by rolling out a massive international festival.

The 21-date tour called “Yahoo! on the Road” will include Jay-Z and Kendrick Lamar, BET reports, as well as J. Cole, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, and special guests Justin Timberlake, Frank Ocean and Trey Songz.

Official lineups have not been announced for individual shows yet, but according to Yahoo’s website, the festival is scheduled to hit St. Louis on May 15. No venue or ticket information is given.

According to Yahoo, attendees can expect "a daily mobile entertainment and innovation festival this spring/summer featuring the world's hottest bands, comedians, and surprise guests."

The tour will feature 14 U.S. shows, starting May 3 in New York City and ending May 31 in San Francisco, and seven dates in Europe from Berlin to London through the summer. The London finale coincides with the annual "Yahoo! Wireless Festival," for which Jay-Z and Timberlake will co-headline.
