The rapper spent six days in West Hollywood's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He allegedly suffered a drug overdose that set off multiple seizures and left him in critical condition.
When news first broke that Lil Wayne was in ICU, Twitter erupted with reports that he was on his death bed and had been “given his last rites.” Soon thereafter, members of the Young Money crew quashed the rumors by posting on their accounts that he was well and that the reports were grossly exaggerated.
Sources say he is not at 100 but is feeling better and is expected to make a full recovery.
