Beyonce and Jay Z’s baby little Blue Ivy turned one today and according to reports, Jay-Z and Beyonce’s throwing a lavish first birthday for Blue Ivy at Brooklyn's Barclays Center and Jay Z dropped a million to rent a luxurious nursery at the center home to his NBA team the Brooklyn Nets.
