Dear Tony,

I've been in this relationship for just about three years now and I have a beautiful baby girl that is 2 years old. When I got pregnant with my daughter I told her father that I will shack up with him for now, but this relationship won't continue like this. We will get married or I will move out and get my own place. In the [time] we've been together he was diagnosed with kidney failure and I've been with him through it all. Well he told me that he wanted to get married, but since he got sick he wants a transplant before we get married. That may take 3 or 4 years. By him saying that he thought I will continue to shack up with him until he got better. We do everything a married couple does. I look at it like this, lets STOP playing house and do the damn thing! I'm showing him that I'm a great mother/girlfriend. I have been patient long enough. I believe it's about that time to get my own place.
