Dear Tony,

My problem my wife tells me is my pride. We've been married 10 years with two kids. A fourth and fifth grader. My wife wants to go back to work. I've said no because I want her available to the kids. Plus there's something empowering about being the sole bread winner. My wife says she feels empty because she has nothing as far as a career. I told her the kids are her career. She says my pride is keeping her from being happy. What should I do?
