Dear Tony,
My husband and I have been separated for a few years and he pays $365.00 in child support for our twin daughters. The problem is they are graduating from high school in a week and need his extra financial help to pay off school fines, cap and gown fees and just essentials they need for their graduation. He refuses to help them with anything. He curses me out and tells me not to call him anymore. He even refuses to help them with prom dresses. I am in a bankruptcy and working two jobs and still can't make ends meet. The money that I get for child support goes to keep lights on, buy food or pay some other bill. Am I wrong for asking for his help or is he right in not wanting to do anything extra to help his twin daughters? What do you think?
