Dear Tony,

My husband saw that I was flirting on Facebook. It was with an old  boyfriend from 10 years ago. I told him that it was nothing. But he's still very hurt and angry. I don't know how to get him to see it was nothing, just playful flirting. I see the hurt in his face every time we talk. I'm scared I might lose him. I swear on everything that nothing was going to come from it. I am happily married and was just letting off some steam. What can I do to get him to move past this?
