kmov.com - Parents picked up their children Tuesday afternoon from a California daycare after finding out police arrested one of the most popular teachers.



Investigators say Debbie Gratz, 59, was caught red-handed crushing up tablets of an over-the-counter sleep aid and putting the powder into the children's sippy cups.

When daycare officials found out, they fired Gratz on the spot, but waited three days to call police.

Investigators arrested her, but say they may have a tough time making a case because much of the evidence is gone. Source
