Dear Tony,
My son's wife called me a bitch during a heated argument and my son did not take up for me. He said that I was wrong and that his wife was right. Fine. Maybe I was wrong, but that doesn't have anything to do with the fact that my own son, my blood let his wife call me out of my name. I've protected him and nurtured him all of his life and it breaks my heart that he doesn't love me enough to defend me from an outsider. This is tearing me up and obviously hurting my relationship with my son and my grandkids. But my son was wrong and I can't get past that. Don't you think he should have taken up for me!?
